Only ~12 LPM currently (120+ before) Please advice

I dont know whats the problem, i thought I found good set up and was performing great with posting. yet SER got chocked somehow and barely making links for me, even for crap tiers / projects. I test my proxies, seems to be ok, also tried run SER without any (usualy this showed me if everything is ok with set up, only proxy fault). But now, even if i didnt change thing, my 20 campains, all "green" acts like there is no targets to post. I even teleded url history for every project, clean lists (dublicates), and still got 12 LPM currently. What can be a problem?
