Hrefer question - adding new engines

Hi,

i am trying to add new engine to hrefer, but have problem with NEXT element

html looks like this:

<a href="/?s=web&sd=4&q=sdf&start=20">Next<

So no base url, and that seems to be big problem for hrefer. It will not recognise this as a link.

Anybody have a way around this ?

Sorry , this is other/mixed subforum, having that great community here i was hoping for quick answer. I know many users of SER have hrefer, and i have SER also if that  is not clear
