Hi CPU Load Version 8.32

I just installed 8.32 on a new workstation running 2 - Xeon quad core 2.26GHz with 12GB RAM. I was only using 200 threads and over 1/2 the time all 8 cores were maxed 100%. Taskmgr lists all cpu being used by SER. Is anyone else seeing this, and what is a solution?
