I keep getting this:
(email address) skipped (last pop3 login was not more than 300seconds ago).  I logged into the email and there are hundreds of new emails, so I was thinking I have something set wrong?

    nothing wrong...thats a setting you have checked in project -> email accounts to not login too often.
