URLs + Anchor Posted In Order or Random

Title probably doesn't make sense, but limited characters.

Let's say you added 10 URLs and 10 anchors, would SER pick the URL and the anchor from the corresponding line (ie, line 5 URL and line 5 anchor) or is it completely random? If it is random, is there a way of making it not random apart from having separate projects per URL.

Pretend that I want 100% anchor.

This isn't meant to sound like a noobish question, as it's for something completely different and off the wall I want to test. (I know I could just test this but it's easier just to ask on here).

    Of course it will use the URL and the added anchor with it.

    So it goes in order and isn't random?

    it takes a random url with it's anchor (if added) and posts that. If you add more than one anchor it takes a random one.
