How to get a lot of contextual links ?

The last couple days I have been using some lists I purchased over the last few months and I'm realizing that there are hardly any contextual links being created from these lists and it's even worse when you consider only Do-follow. So how do you guys manage to get enough contextual links to create full pyramids ? 

Have you tried the Red list from Ron and gang?

scrape them or buy them - whichever you choose.
