Changing project folder location

hey guys, is it possible to change the project folder location? Ive installed SER on an SSD which is way to small so added a second HD and would like to change the main project folder to there. I've moved all the site lists but cannot find any options to relocate the project folder. Also checked all the SER config files but no joy.

Any ideas anyone?

    Sorry the location on that is not changeable unless you change the whole appdata folder location within windows (no clue if thats possible after windows setup though).
