why not spin out using wac?

 i set up a project, however, the article didnt spin out it is a {|||} format.
i use wac, what is wrong with this tool, i tested before, it works right.
it not works properly this time, any one here came across such kind of problem?

@dylan09, yes, it is WAC problem - not SER's one. I own WAC premium version some weeks and have already to look for an other tool.
