Can't update the site list folders

I don't know if I'm just doing something wrong here... I can't paste the path to the identified folder at all. Neither can I write anything to it.

It's frustrating, because the original folder is hidden, and I can't see it if I press the dropdown arrow to the right of that field.

Is this a bug?

And to be clear, I'm talking about the global options here (advanced).

enable the view of hidden/system folders in explorer options and you should see things again.
