Strange urls when cleaning verified folder

I have started a cleaning procedure in my verified folder three days ago and it is still working.

What I can see that there is a lot of strange urls there. All of them are starting with http://paste2.org followed by numbers and letters. Some of them are classifieds by SER as unknown, but some of them remain classified as ZenPhoto or ExpressionEngine or Guestbook or other.

What is that? How can I get ride of that as it consumes a lot of the cleaning time?

The problem is that some engines are identified by strings that are also footprints. Now if you have a site listing footprints, SER thinks that some of them match an engines. The only way is to find better patterns and modify the engines ini files.

The solution you propose is difficult for me. What do you think if I keep folders in my desktop, backup my projects and re-install the software? It will solve this issue? Or the problem will still remain inside the folders?

That will not solve anything the same URLs will be identified again.

1. find better patterns
2. modify the engines ini files.

How to do it? Is not it already well configured in the original SER files?

That was the reason I wanted to re-install the software in order to go back to the original state. I used to work nicely at 100 LPM with the same sitelists some weeks ago...

You should not care about it that much. I for myself have to find better patterns to identify sites better for certain engines. Feel free to give me the URLs that have been identified wrong (including what engine) and I try my best to find better things for next version.

And what about emptying verified folder and trying to re-build it putting its lists to identified folder?

You say not care about it that much. It means that paste2.org url are working as well? Or they are useless and will stay as a garbage in the folder?

I do not worry about loosing them as I have the original txt lists for importing them one more time. How to get ride of them if they are garbage? My idea is to have a clean veridied folder for my future projects.

My whole verified folder is poluted. I can find this kind of urls everywhere.

ok the php link article/directory engines are improved now and should no longer be detected wrongly by those paste2 links.

Great. Please tell me what I have to do now? My idea is to open all the verified subfolders one by one and remove this kind of links. Do you want me to list for you all the engines where it appears?

I havve decided that removing it manually does not make sense. This kind of links are really everywhere, in every folder. I have moved my old verified folder to failed and from there I start building a brand new verified folder. It will take less time and less headakes.

just give me the urls and engines it was wrongly identified with and i fix it for next version. However the entries in your database are still wrong and should be removed - only possible with a cleanup.

It will be difficult Sven to send you urls as tehere is a lot of them, thausands and thaousands almost in every folder.

I think there is no need to correct anything in the software. This is my mistake as I was pasting txt files directly to the identified folder instead of importing them. That was the problem.

What I dis is to name verified folder as verified_old and clean all dupe urls and dupe domains. I made a new verified folder, and I have started the submitting procedure from the failed folder pointed to verified_old files.

Now it is working well and fast so within few days my verified folder will be clean.
