Need Help With Tiers

I hand built 10 Web 2.0's for my first tier. How do I start a project with those links? I duplicated my project and followed other tutorials on here but when I test my settings under url its says "http://www.sample-url-of-main-project.com". I have 2 verified urls which are the Web 2.0's so why isn't it using those verified URL's of the first tier?

    Testing only shows that sample url. When the project runs it will build the correct links, if you have put them in the url/anchor field.
