SER memory hog all of a sudden the last 2-3 weeks?

We've run the same size VPS for months now and were able to get a few hundred threads out of it. Now all of a sudden if we get up to 200 threads we are close to maxing our server out. We are on the solid SEO VPS wizard packages for our servers.

    I am seeing CPU resources being hogged recently.Memory looks stable though :/
