Cannot get GSA Search Engine Ranker to load

I'm running windows8. I loaded the demo version about 1 month ago and decided to purchase the product. When I tried to load the software to register it it would not load. I then uninstalled and reinstalled with no success. 

Suggestions?

I had no problems loading captcha and indexer.
