Importing target URLs use more cpu/memory usage. How do you fix it ?

Hey everyone , 
My gsa ser use more cpu & memory usage if i import a target URLs , 
Do you have same problem ? How did you fix it ? 

I've around 30+ project and import same target URLs without split it and run only 10 project in same time.
