Ability to setup a maximum number of public proxies

In the proxies configuration pane, it is not possible to setup the maximum number of public proxies. When GSA look for public proxies, i have the feeling it never stops and can get a huge number of proxies. By entering a maximum number of proxies i think it would be great because GSA would check the already added proxies when it reached the maximum number of public proxies setup by the user & when GSA is in the mode to check all the proxies.

    you should use the option to delete bad proxies older than xyz minutes. That will keep the list short.
