Scheduler option - self-hosted WP

Hi,

I found that all posts which are submitted to my self-hosted WP are prepared to be publish at 1 p.m.
Why? Is it possible to give to us (to users) an option to choose if article should be post immediately or be scheduled in time?

PS. I think that option to randomly schedule publishing time (not every post in the sametime) will be great! :)

    hmm might need a engine change...can you give access to your site so i can review the submission?
