Is there a way to completely stop GSA from scrapping sites completely??

I wanna use scrapebox to find targets while loading these lists into GSA SER projects
Idea being I build a massive global list for future projects to use straight off
Question is then, is there a setting to complete stop a project scraping its own sites once its ran through a site list and only ever start up again if that list 'grows'??

    No, you would have to stop and restart the project. You could import new URLS then start the project again, have it stop when it has no urls (no scraping, no posting on other URLs outside your site list).

    If you don't want SER to scrape, just don't have any search engines selected in the projects.
