Can 3 different copies of SER be set to pull proxies from 1 text file?

I've got 3 copies of SER running on 3 separate VPS. But managing the proxies is becoming tiresome. Is there a way to have SER use proxies from a text file in Dropbox so that I only have to manage that one text file for bad proxies (or adding new proxies)?

    yes, add that url of your dropbox as a new proxy provider and use that only.

    No I feel stupid as all get out but how do I do that? lol.

    options->proxies->configure->add/edit proxy sites->uncheck all->add a new one pointing to the url holding your proxies.
