SER posting to platforms not ticked

Under options I have it not scraping anything but using global lists.  I also have things like exploit and indexer unticked but as the project runs I am getting verified links of these kind. How can I stop SER from posting to these type of sites while still using global?

    if you have them not checked, you will not submit to them...else the links you see are from previous submissions.
