Several Shotener Engines Don't Work or Dead

several shotener engines don't work with SER or work wrong, some are dead:
Don't Shorten:
YOURLS engine (1344.info, falkenau.mobi, litopia.tv, ourls.com, soq.im, uur.pm), alumnice.co, chartr.us, cli.gs, exigu.us, fikdik.com, flrt.me, foe.hn, insocal.ca, jam2.me, jat.me, mut.la, nwspprs.com, surl.me, teil.cc, url.ie, urlms.com;
Works Wrong:
hex.io (dosn't shorten or shorts all the possibles, but seldom the right URLs)
Simply Dead:
dgmzk.com and fuseurl.com

dgmzk.com - no fixed engine but must be part of some generic shortener engine
surl.me, insocal.ca, foe.hn, flrt.me, fuseurl.com, fikdik.com - disabled in next version
hex.io - fixed
urlms.com, url.ie, teil.cc, nwspprs.com, mut.la, jat.me, jam2.me, cli.gs, alumnice.co - works for me
