no keyword in anchor

when i put just:
generic: 30%
domain: 60 %
use citation : 10 %
all other case aren't checked

i always have a little % of article with main keyword ...

i use always in my spin text : <a href="%url%">%anchor_text%</a>

How to have no keyword anchor ?

    in web 2.0 + social network + verified link + article


    not on just one project but all ... for exemple 400 verified link ... normally no keyword but about 40 link have keyword as anchor text ..
