Cleaning Target URL's and Importing Target URL's Option
EDIT: This Feature request is meant to be aimed towards SER.
Option to clean Target URL's before importing against "Skip sites with the following in URL/Domain". This way no need for SER to visit page/process url it will save resources, time and more efficient.
Another way is to add to Options > Advanced > Tools were we can clean Target URL's against our own blacklist/txt file.
