SER is not posting to XpressEngine websites with signup?

I just realized that some XpressEngine website ask for registration, is this the reason why SER won't post on these websites?

yes...i haven't had a site with english content to code the registration part of it....I might be able to add it if you have a site that accepts submissions after registration.
