Lost buttons "start/stop" since last update

Hello, I have a problem, since the last update, the "start/stop" buttons have disapperaed... Is it normal? thanks.

    i mentioned this a week or tow ago and another said he was having the same issue so not just happened been in for a while.

    I lose all of the buttons sometimes. Just quit and reopen SER and they come back.

    thats new to me. Im using windows api here.

    I try to quit and reopen 10's of times but no success... :-(

    you have to do end process in task manager
