Why are my submissions higher then my settings?

@Sven - I had this problem once before, now it's doing it again. I have my submissions per day set to 20 with only one URL in the project but my submissions have hit more then 250 in the last 24 hours. It's doing this with all my tier 1 projects. What can I do to fix this? Thanks.

    @Sven - how do I get the logs you want to see and how do I get them to you?

    @gtsurfs - The logs appear in that window under where all your projects are listed on the main screen. It's the scrolling text that appears when SER is running. You can right click in that window > copy all then go to http://pastebin.com/ paste in the logs then send the link.
