Failing to resolve this type of captcha

Sometimes it's recognized correctly by captcha breaker and many times it doesn't! Why is that happening ??

    This captcha could be a new variation of Social Network -> phpDolphin. If you must have this captcha solved, you can use CB's SDK to train it, and improve its success rate. OR be patient and wait for the next release of CB...

    Shouldn't be in that case not resolved at all ??

    There are many different types of this captcha. The ones without the lines through the numbers get solved and these ones which are harder do not.
