GSA SER - URL Resolve Failed

Hi

Looking through my debugs and I'm noticing the following error:

"Advanced Guestbook url resolve failed in STEP1"

If I view the debug HTML, the page has loaded fine and if I checked the page by it also loads correctly.

Any idea what's causing this error?

but not the captcha url I guess? If so send the sample url.

Captcha url seems to load fine too. Very odd.
