What is your verified % when using verified list?

in GSA Search Engine Ranker
I have a 30k, verified, cleaned, sorted, unique domains list and everytime I use it I get a maximum of 5k from it.
Is this normal or there is something with my configuration?

    II have to mention I use 200 treads with 120 timeout and 30 semidedi from buy proxy.
