Resources left unused despite settings

Hi @Sven - I am experiencing an issue where I have 3 projects running, settings set to 800 threads, tons of URLs imported to go through, and yet, I am only running at 100-120 threads and CPU usage of 30-35%. Sometimes it goes down to even less - 20-30 threads. It's not a lack of resource and it's not the connection or links left in my lists, so I am not sure what to do?     had a quick look but was unable to find the real cause. I optimized something though. Lets see how next version comes along.
