Platform Identification - "page must have"

I'm editing the logic files... hence all the questions..

After GSA matches a page based on: "page must have1=". Does it only use this on initial target url, or each subsequent page?

So for example on a Contextual platform, would I only need on page footprints for the first page it visits. Or would I need to include ones for the register, login and posting pages too?

    GSA SER (!) downloads the initial URL and does that check once to identify it's platform.

    You can also use page must have= on additional [STEP]s to make sure you're on the right page, or check for any 'registration closed' or similar messages.
