Why use Proxy for submission?

Hey guys! Been using GSA SER for almost a year now. My question is, do you guys check Proxy for Submission? I personally only check proxy for Search Engine and PR Checking, that's it. Is it recommended to check proxy for Submission? If yes, why? Could it be for the reason that a certain website in my list may block me over time? Thanks, guys! Stay cool!

    I've always used proxies for submissions.

    Websites may ban you by your IP and you may receive complaints that you wouldn't like your ISP to get. For example, with my previous proxy provider I got several complaints within the first 48 hours of using them.
