    No one is going to rank a YouTube video in 10 minutes, it takes at least 2-4 days for the links to start getting indexed :-/ or am I not understanding your question

    What's the rush? Just blast it like everyone else is and you'll rank in about a week.

    Certain urls go viral within hours, perhaps minutes so I'd at least suspect that there's a method of doing what OP wants done. You might neeed to perform the sorcery on an already indexed video that just isn't ranking on page 1 yet.
