I'd like to use GSA to scrape email addresses from all internal URLs and pages under a specific top level URL without getting banned.  Can I use rotating anonymous proxies for this?  Would private proxies be better?  Where to acquire either?

You can use as many proxies as you like. The proxies are routated all the time for this task. Private proxies work way better than public.

When using private proxies to scrape emails do you suggest just 1 connection for every 10 private proxies?

I'll try this again.  Using a set of 10 private proxies should I only use 1 or 2 simultaneous connections?
