Nothing else is running and its "out of memory"

All I am trying to do is clean up. and it keeps failing and telling me out of memory over and over. I never had this issue before. I am not out of memory! I have plenty. nothing else is running on my server, and its going slow. I used to be able to run 1100 threads, now I am at 600 and still getting this error.

wait for next version, I fixed a small memory leak there, though I have daubts it would cause that big gap.
