I made a mistake when I switched servers a couple of weeks ago because of my incorrect use of capitalization of my name when I registered. Everything has to be exact.
Also, if you copy and paste, sometimes there is a trailing space when you copy/paste, and that will screw it up.
I would manually type in everything exactly the way you registered. Otherwise, it stays on the demo version.
