Why lot of captcha input canceled ?

Hello everyone! I seem to have a problem ^ ^ 

When I start my project, at the beginning I have a lot of "verified", but after a moment it's bad evolution, I have a lot of "captcha input canceled" 
What is the cause? (for information I use: 30 proxy semi private and captcha breaker)

PS: if I stop the project and I raise, I again verified and the same situation, I do not understand.

    you get that message if a box appears that queries for captcha input but you do not enter anything on it (30 sec timeout).

    This box appears when captcha breaker does not recognize the captcha?
    Is there a way to not make it appear as I have a very very long list of captcha input Canceled in my messages cause during this time i have not verified link ^^

    options->captcha->uncheck "Finally ask user if everything else fails (else the submission is skipped)".
