Difference of Import Target URLS and Use Global Site Lists for Purchased Sitelists

Hi, 1. I would like to know the difference between importing target urls directly into a project and using the "Use Global Site Lists option under the project settings. 2. I have bought a list from here from a reputable member, but I noticed that when I import them directly into the projects (Import Target URLS) I get 30% Dofollow and 70% nofollow backlinks. Is this normal? The LMP / VPM Speed is much higher when using this way instead of using the "Use Global Site lists" option.
