CB marking captcha as solved when they are not correct

was recently trying an external service for recaptcha and looked at what CB reports to be successfully solved. e.g. http://prntscr.com/36beei or http://prntscr.com/36beei are reported as solved correctly but they are wrong. Does recaptcha have a tolerance or list of possible answers or is just one answer correct?

recaptcha has a tolerance, so those answers may have passed, however CB has no way of telling - if it gets an answer back from the external service it considers it to be correct.

yeah, but since SER knows if the website was submitted or not CB should know as well. It's just one bit of information more?
