Using makros in data fields

Hi all . I am more and more leaning towards using makros , like  ''random anchor text'' and ''random article'' to fill my data fields . Is anybody doing the same ? Is that actually a good thing to do ? Or shell I stick with manual way , writing and spinning all ?

The resulting content is the goal. Using macros is something for advanced users and can make things way easier. Though keep an eye on the output.
