How to increase Lmp ?

Hi there,
im bit confess about this Lmp ..Its going like this: very slowly from 0,00 LPM -> 0,01 LPM -> 0,02 LPM ... 0,xx LPM... always just +0,01 and I dont think this is meant to be.i tired reset Lmp option neither i dont get any difference .. help me out of this ..thanks in advance ..
