How to solve these other captchas?

Hey, I have CB + EvE, and they seem to work great.

However, I see a lot of these type of captchas: Mollum, Dolphin and KCaptcha among others - how do I solve these, is their onather service i can buy?

a human based service? why would anyone do that? are ther not software that can solve these other catcha types?
