Delete Previously Successful Account

On a single project, i notice several account got banned and i would like to delete them and recreate the account using a different email. 

Is there a way to do this?

"Delete Target URL History" will do.

that only delete the history, i want to delete the account that got banned. any more ideas?

After delete the history it will ask you whether want to delete the account data as well.

Then may be @Sven or other experts can answer you By the way why bother to create a new account when the site is known for banning account? Unless you're talking about some powerful platform like wordpress.com?

SER should not keep accounts who would fail on login...they get removed.
