it is what it says. the solving process is skipped because of your settings. either in option where it says "only solve captchas with XX solving rate" and/or you unchecked the captcha in the selection window.
when you are using the default setup than you are OK imo and just get a bunch of recaptchas and other unsolvable stuff. if you don't use any 2nd captcha service you may want to check "skip hard to solve captchas" in your SER project options to skip them right away during the submission process and safe some recources.
