Automatic backups of SER

Which folder(s) should I backup to have a full backup of all my SER projects and settings? Would this be as safe as manually clicking 'Backup all projects' and Options - 'Backup Settings' from SER?

What do you use for automatic backups? I wanna try Dropbox + SyncToy combo.

    I'm wondering if there is a way to schedule SER to do auto backups to a folder so that we dont have to do it manually all the time.

    @ptr22 I personally use IDrive because its free and easy. If I'm not mistaken you have to use another program with dropbox to make it work for a local folder.
