How to add Coma ( , ) after every keywords in bulk

When I scrape keywords from Google Planner or SB, scrape a lot ...how do I separate them with Coma (,) without costing much time...It is causing me a lot of time.

Is there any trick to do that on excel or word or on text file ?

I mean

My keyword,
Your Keyword,
Their Keyword,
Shobar Keywords,

So each time I am adding a coma after keywords & when I try to add them to more than 800 or 1K keywords, It's takes lot of time manually.

Is there any way ?

@tarana you can also use this -- http://setoolz.com/urlspin.html -- put your keywords in the keywords list and just click the "URL Keyword Spintaxer" button. You will get your keywords in spintax format bellow and also separated by comma. Hope that helps...
