Well, it's been over 24 hours since I've made payment and I can't get a peep out of customer service. If I ran my business this way I wouldn't last long. So here's my review based on my experience: I haven't been able to use the service/list so I can't comment on the quality etc....But, I can review what I've experienced thus far which is that I am being ignored. So, I guess if you don't mind paying and then waiting in the dark as to when you'll be able to use the service, go ahead and buy it. If you're like me and think it's reasonable to receive what you pay for in a timely manner, then I would caution you.
P.S. If you don't like negative reviews then start paying attention to your customers who trust you to provide what's being paid for.
Our system has detected your payment doesn't go through our system. The payment gateway we use 2checkout having some problem since last 24hours. We have got an email from them.
Due to their payment issue, our system not detects any payments from last 24hours. This is why your product is not active.
Our product registration works automated.
Once you paid through 2checkout the system detects payment, and it automatically sends membership's username and password. Due to their (2checkout) issue, it may be missed.
To get a refund or activate service please contact 2checkout or log in to https://www.2co.com/ and generate your self-invoice and contact us.
Remember this is out of our hand since this is happening with the payment gateway.
