you can add these articles directly when clicking ADD from the article listing.

the footrpints are not per project but per engine. You can see them when using the "footprint studio" that you can reach via options->advanced->tools.

It depends on how long this ddos was keeping your site down. I wouldn't worry too much on a day or two ddos attack...everything else should get your attention in terms of SEO.

you get that when they ban you account temporary for too many queries or other reasons. The best option is to use the SOCKS api for normal captchas and the other for recaptcha only.
