Can GSA-SER "see" the full memory space on a 64 bit machine?

Does SER need to be memory capped at the 32bit addressing limit?

Or, because my Windows OS is itself 64 bit, it's already able to access the full address range, even with a 32bit (or even a 16bit ported)  program?  I'm guessing this is actually the correct answer.

it's 32bit but can address more memory than usual 32bit programs. It can get up to 3.5gb of ram.

    Is "page swapping" still possible?

I know this was used a while back in earlier OSes...
