GSA-SER V 12.19 No Longer Works??

Good day, GSA pplz...back up and running, tho my SER 12.19 legacy version no longer works. :(

Should it work, still? 

I mean, I have everything updated to 12.81 latest file-set, so I'm just running it with 12.81 updates...not with the 12.19 total installation, I must clarify.

Could it be Windows updates? This is an image of the system SER 12.19 a(and all other SER version I have!)  ran on, but maybe an update caused that version not to run?  SO, far, all others still work! 12.58...onward...

    thats not a good idea at all....many things changed and some parts of the engines that are from later versions will never work with that old binary.

    OK, Sven. I guess it's OK then that it's not working at all.

    I noticed the filesize is a lot smaller, and  wondered what might not have been developed yet back in v12.19.
