Which are the most CPU intensive activities?

For me on only 79 threads on my dual core 2.4 Ghz SSD 16GB ram server the CPU is usually at the high end of 80-100%, can I reduce the frequency of verifications / email checking to get more threads with less CPU consumption?

I am using global lists by the way, scraped with scrapebox only - no scraping from GSA except for public proxies.

    public proxies might cause the load.

    Do you adjust/lower the number of scraping threads in GSA-SER's proxy scraping module? You can lower that to what works for your system.

    Options>>Configure Proxy>>Options>>Threads: [30] or set as appropriate
